Globally, small-scale dairy farmers in developing countries are vitally important in the dairy sector, not only because they make a large contribution to the amount of milk produced globally, but also the livestock serves as a Source of savings, labor force, source of fertilizer or insurance as an emergency. The present project aims to analyze the multifunctionality of beef cattle in small producers in the district of Torata, department of Moquegua, and to identify pockets of environmental impacts in the production of milk, meat and other functionalities of cattle
