Hold an awareness workshop on environmental footprints under the life cycle approach for avocado (Persea americana) producers as a differentiating element in international markets. In this sense, the training will focus on three methodologies that are deeply rooted in the corporate world: Life Cycle Assessment, the Carbon Footprint and the Water Footprint.
Prepare inventories under the Water Footprint methodology for three agro-export avocado companies in the La Libertad region. For this, information on the flows of matter and energy will be collected.
