Environmental Analysis of Peruvian organic coffee phase I

The European Union, as part of the Action Plan for Production and Sustainable Consumption, seeks to promote methodologies for establishing the carbon footprint of selected products, among which organic coffee is included. In response to this request from Europe, it was decided to develop a Life Cycle Assessment study of Peruvian organic coffee, focusing on the impact category of Climate Change, to the regions producing that product, located in Junín and Pasco
