On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 the talk “Strategies of production and consumption of food for the mitigation of climate change” was carried out, led by Dr. Rubén Aldaco, Titular Professor of the University of Cantabria – UC (Spain).
Professor Aldaco has actively participated in different thematic networks, including the Thematic Network of Life Cycle Analysis, Thematic Network of Ionic Liquids, Network for the preparation of teaching material, Thematic Network Sustainability of Processes and Chemical Products and recently in the Network of Excellence in Life Cycle Analysis (seLCA). The visit of Dr. Aldaco is for the sake of seeking funding in European projects in which the PUCP and the UC collaborate.
