Durante la segunda fecha del VII Congreso Internacional de Justicia Intercultural, realizado en Iquitos, V\u00edctor Ticona Postigo, presidente del Poder Judicial, exigi\u00f3 al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica a aprobar el Proyecto de Ley de Coordinaci\u00f3n Intercultural de la Justicia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Con la presencia de m\u00e1s de 200 participantes, entre jueces supremos\u00a0 y representantes de las comunidades campesinas, ind\u00edgenas y de rondas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la finalidad del proyecto de ley es mejorar la coordinaci\u00f3n entre la justicia ordinaria y la justicia especial que imparten las comunidades.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, aclar\u00f3 que esta iniciativa se plante\u00f3 hace unos a\u00f1os. Y que se ha solicitado al Parlamento continuar el tr\u00e1mite del dictamen favorable emitido por la Comisi\u00f3n de Pueblos Andinos, Amaz\u00f3nicos y Afroperuanos. Expres\u00f3 que dicho proyecto debe ser sometido a consulta previa.<\/p>\n

\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 trata el VII Congreso Internacional de Justicia Intercultural?<\/h3>\n

Desde el 13 hasta el 15 de octubre se desarroll\u00f3 este evento en Iquitos, Loreto. Su finalidad es fortalecer el di\u00e1logo y fomentar estrategias para la coordinaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n con los integrantes de las comunidades campesinas e ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n

Este congreso se desarroll\u00f3 bajo tres ejes tem\u00e1ticos: \u201cExperiencias y dificultades de comuneros, ind\u00edgenas y ronderos en la justicia ordinaria\u201d, \u201cAproximaciones a la jurisdicci\u00f3n especial: una visi\u00f3n desde los expertos y actores\u201d y \u201cEl rol de la Justicia de Paz en la construcci\u00f3n de un sistema de justicia intercultural\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
